These terms are between you and Dhanify Tech, Haryana, India. If you use our products on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity under your credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use our products to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, record people without a lawful basis, reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to disrupt it.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or record. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process, and display it back to you as part of the service.
5. Not financial advice
HoldingsHub presents analytics and AI-generated summaries of your holdings. It is information, not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Decisions and their outcomes are yours.
6. Availability and beta features
We are an early-stage startup. Features may change, and beta functionality is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Free tiers may have usage limits. We will give notice before changing prices for existing customers.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will explain why where we can.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Haryana having jurisdiction.
