Privacy Policy
We are a two-person company. We collect the minimum data needed to run Bugspray and HoldingsHub, and we never sell it.
1. Who we are
Dhanify Tech is a software studio based in Haryana, India. We build Bugspray, a session-recording extension for QA engineers and developers, and HoldingsHub, a BI and AI dashboard for stocks and other holdings.
2. What we collect
Contact and waitlist details: your name, email address, and whatever you write in a message when you reach out to us.
Product data: for Bugspray, the session recordings and console/network logs you explicitly choose to capture. For HoldingsHub, read-only holdings data you connect or upload.
Usage analytics: anonymous, aggregated page and interaction events used to understand which parts of the site and products are useful.
3. How we use it
To reply to you, to operate and improve the products, to keep accounts secure, and to send product updates you asked for. Nothing else.
4. What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use your product data to train third-party models. We do not request write access to any brokerage account — HoldingsHub connections are read-only.
5. Sharing and processors
We use a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, analytics) to run the service. They process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data if legally required.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept while the conversation is relevant. Session recordings follow the retention window set by your workspace. You can ask us to delete anything at any time.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing us. We respond within a few working days.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the two founders and is used only to operate or support the service.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify registered users by email.
